Pre-employment checks
It aims to ensure that the applicant is suitable for the job from a health point of view, physically and mentally, including: Blood test Fitness assessment. Electrocardiogram (ECG). Audiometry and breathing. Eye examination. Investigating drug and alcohol abuse (depending on the nature of the job).
Occupational Injury Management
the process of effectively handling workplace injuries to ensure the employee’s safe recovery and quick return to work. It includes immediate medical care, rehabilitation, workplace adjustments, and coordination between employer, healthcare providers, and the employee to minimize downtime and long-term impact.
Return-to-work check-ups
medical evaluations conducted after an employee has recovered from an illness or injury, to confirm they are fit to safely resume their job duties. These check-ups ensure the worker’s health, assess any limitations, and help prevent re-injury.
Periodic check-ups
